Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account and submitting documents. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect service delivery and legal validity of notarised documents.
Clients must keep account credentials confidential. Access to account features from shared or public devices should be managed carefully. realeio implements technical measures to protect account information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Accounts are for individual clients or authorized representatives and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from realeio.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify realeio immediately by phone or email so we can take appropriate steps to secure the account and prevent misuse.
realeio may suspend or terminate access to accounts if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of these terms, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Scope of Services
realeio provides notarisation, certification of documents, authentication for signatures, and related administrative support in accordance with Thai notarial rules. Services provided are limited to acts permitted by law and to the documentation presented by the client.

Client Conduct Rules

User-Provided Documents and Content
Clients submit documents and related information necessary for notarial services. These items remain the responsibility of the submitting party with respect to accuracy and legality.
Clients retain ownership of original documents provided to realeio. Submission of documents for processing does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to realeio.
By submitting documents for processing, clients grant realeio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and use the materials for the purpose of providing requested notarial and administrative services, and for recordkeeping as required by law.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with applicable laws and regulations. realeio is not responsible for legal defects or third-party claims arising from client materials.
Where permitted by law, requests to remove copies of client-submitted materials from non-official records may be considered case-by-case. Official records retained for legal compliance may not be eligible for removal.
Intellectual Property
All content on realeio.pro, including text, logos, and site structure, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of realeio or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce site content for commercial use without written permission.

Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Fees for work already performed, administrative processing, or missed appointments may apply as permitted by law.
Applicable taxes and government levies related to services will be handled in accordance with Thai tax law and included in invoicing where required.
realeio may adjust fees to reflect changes in costs or regulatory requirements. Clients will be informed of material changes prior to charging new rates when feasible.
Failure to pay agreed fees may result in suspension of service, withholding of documents, or other actions permitted by law until obligations are met.

Notarial services provided by realeio are administrative in nature and focus on authentication of signatures and verification of identity and document execution. Information provided by staff is informational and not a substitute for legal advice. Clients seeking legal advice should consult a qualified attorney.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, realeio's liability for direct losses arising from the provision of services is limited to reasonable fees paid for the specific service. realeio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from notarial acts where liability is excluded by law.
Third-Party Services and Authorities
realeio may interact with government agencies, consulates, and external service providers as part of the notarial process. Decisions made by these third parties, including acceptance of documents, are outside the control of realeio.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an engagement subject to the terms of the specific service agreement and applicable law. Termination does not relieve clients of obligations to pay fees for services already rendered or to meet legal requirements for document retention.
On termination, realesio will follow required procedures for storage or return of client documents as permitted by law and consistent with professional obligations. Some records may be retained to meet legal or regulatory recordkeeping duties.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with notarial services will be processed in accordance with the privacy notice published on realeio.pro. Data processing is limited to the purposes necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records.
Communications and Notices
Official communications related to services, billing, and legal notices will be sent to the contact information provided by the client. Clients should ensure contact details are accurate and updated when necessary.
